T&E Event Rental Co. started because we believe that celebrating life’s big moments shouldn’t break the bank. What started out as us, as parents, planning our daughter’s wedding, turned into something of a passion to re-purpose what we bought and save the next person some money. We noticed that high delivery fees and rigid rental packages often push dream weddings and fun family parties out of reach.

We wanted to change that. By focusing on high-quality equipment and a smart, budget-friendly model, we give our customers the freedom to build their perfect event on their own terms.

What We Offer

We carefully maintain a curated inventory of event essentials designed to bring people together:

• Party Tents & Decor: Keep your guests comfortable and create a beautiful atmosphere, come rain or shine.

• Tables and Chairs: We have beautiful white, resin, padded chairs, 6’ long banquet tables, 5’ round tables, and cocktail tables.

• Concession Machines: Add a nostalgic, delicious touch to your event with our commercial slushie machine, shaved ice machine & popcorn machine.

• Giant Yard Games: Keep the energy high! We are famous for our 3-Game Rental Bundle (featuring Cornhole, Giant Tumble Tower, and Yard Tic-Tac-Toe) and our Yard Pong.

• Party Decor: Sheer drapes, wooden crates, table numbers, cheesecloth runners, candle holders, beverage/snack buckets, double keg trough, bar sign & equipment, wedding arches, signage, and more!
